ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Dana Wall.  I am currently finishing my second masters in the field of counseling. At Liberty University I am pursuing a Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree.  Being an intern at Eunoia will allow me to finish my degree. I look forward to staying at Eunoia after I finish my degree. My daughter and I just moved to the area with our pets.

EDUCATION

After graduating with my bachelor’s, I worked as a biology teacher at a private boarding school for students. It was during those years that I realized I cared more about the students and their well-being than about them passing my class. Following that insight, I went to get my first master’s in clinical psychology. Since then, I have worked with adults, children, teens, and seniors.

WORK EXPERIENCE

My approach is eclectic. I try to create a safe place for clients to explore the frustrations, traumas and sadnesses that come with life. In that process, I hope to help them assess what they have control over, and what they do not. Ultimately, to discover what changes they can make to improve their lives.

I grew up by the Atlantic Ocean, went to college in the mountains, and while those are special to me, since moving to this area, I am quickly becoming attached to the endless sky, lakes, and fields. I enjoy painting outside in nature as well as reading a good book.
