ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Megan FitzSimmons, and I am excited to join the Eunoia team as an intern. I grew up in rural Mankato and am very happy to be back in southern Minnesota. When I’m not at work I love to hike, crochet, sew, and spend time with my dog and four rescue cats. I am passionate about helping both people and animals live their best lives.

EDUCATION

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science Adult Development and Aging with a minor in Gerontology from North Dakota State University in Fargo ND. Currently, I am working towards my master’s degree at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

WORK EXPERIENCE

I have worked in helping professions involving geriatric care such as personal training, and dementia care. I have a deep passion for helping people manage their life stressors and live their lives to the fullest. I strive to be positive, empathetic, empowering, and supportive while helping my clients to be their best selves. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and am excited to continue to grow as a professional. I look forward to having the opportunity to help people through difficult times in their lives.
